- Barber and hairdresser of the Cattle Market, Hexham, later of Gallowgate, Newcastle. INFERENCE: a son of Christopher and Elizabeth, born about 1809 after an elder Anthony (baptised at Penrith in 1798) died in infancy; the chart shows him as Christopher's son but his own baptism has not been found. The chart calls his wife 'Ann Glover'; in the 1851 census Glover is her trade, not her surname. An Ann Bushby who died at Hexham in the March quarter of 1858 aged 49 may be her (unconfirmed).
